SOI Conference 2025

The largest procurement conference for the public sector in Sweden will take place in Karlstad from April 07th to 09th. We are pleased to be the event partner alongside EFFSO this year.

SOI annually brings together hundreds of procurement executives from the public sector, municipalities, and parliaments to collectively enhance skills, expand networks, and improve guidelines for public procurement. With its 1,500 members, the non-profit SOI association advocates for simplifying legal frameworks to further flexible public procurement and pursue a holistic approach through sustainable knowledge building.
